Break the Cycle Hypnosis LLC Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions:

Break the Cycle Hypnosis LLC is a limited liability corporation. Break the Cycle Hypnosis LLC or its affiliates offers no medical advice, nor should anything mentioned be interpreted as medical advice. Hypnosis should not be used to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical issue. Individual results may vary and results are not guaranteed.

Payment must be made in advance of sessions or programs or through a payment plan. Client agrees to make payments on time. All sales are considered final.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance, or the session is forfeited. An appointment is considered a no-show if you are more than 10 minutes late without being in contact. No-show appointments may not be rescheduled. Exceptions may apply. You will have access to purchased programs for the lifetime of the program. Sessions expire 6 months after purchase unless otherwise noted. Forms are to be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your first session.

Contraindications: Those with psychiatric illness such as Schizophrenia, pathological personalities, alcohol or drug psychosis, and senility are conditions regarded as contraindicated. Blog posts, website information, and videos are for entertainment purposes only. By using the website, content, or services by Break the Cycle Hypnosis LLC, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

You will not hold Break the Cycle Hypnosis LLC, its owner or its affiliates liable for any adverse events that could result from participating. Hypnosis should not be listened to while operating a vehicle. If under 18, this document must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. By working with Break the Cycle Hypnosis LLC, you agree that you have read this waiver and agree to the terms and conditions.
