I started Break the Cycle Hypnosis LLC after feeling called to share this transformative work with the world.

Like many of my clients, I suffered from a seemingly endless supply of trauma. I had spent years in therapy, desperately trying to get some relief and trying to overcome myself. Often, I left therapy feeling worse.

Unable to get over the past, I numbed myself. I developed unhealthy coping mechanisms, I had an eating disorder, non-stop anxiety, and I wallowed in self-pity, anger, and self-hatred. I felt broken, and honestly, I didn’t want to be here anymore.

After my first hypnosis/NLP session, something shifted for me. A trauma that I experienced on loop in my mind for over 10 years was suddenly gone. I no longer had a charge to it. I began studying this approach to healing.

I began using unconscious mind work for everything—weight, rumination, anxiety, overcoming fears, lack, limitations…I used it to reinvent myself, to love myself, to embody the best version of me.

Before I knew it, my clients were getting these results too. Things that plagued them for years were suddenly no longer issues. They were able to find inner peace and freedom. They were able to experience life differently.

I have found my purpose here.
