Become the best version of you.
Change can be easier.
Most people try to make a change using their conscious mind, the part of the mind that's analytical, focused, and in charge of willpower. The problem is: you only have so much willpower. And consciously understanding something or focusing on the problem doesn't necessarily help you resolve the problem.
This is how people get caught in "analysis paralysis" or wind up in talk therapy for years without feeling like anything changed.
This is why diets rarely work and why people trying to quit smoking cold-turkey have a hard time staying smoke-free. You only have so much focus and willpower, and eventually, it runs out.
When people do have success with weight loss, it's usually because they made a lifestyle change, which means they don't have to think about it anymore. The new lifestyle is autopilot. Those who quit smoking successfully tend to identify as nonsmokers and smoking is no longer part of their identity.
That makes sense, doesn't it?
Here's the thing: most of our problems are unconscious. They're autopilot responses, feelings, and behaviors.
A person who has a history of trauma doesn't have to think about being triggered, they just are.
Someone who believes they aren't valuable doesn't have to plan ahead to feel bad about themselves, they just feel that way.
You don't consciously decide to self-sabotage. You don't wake up and think, "Today I'm going to feel anxious." It just happens.
What's the difference between the conscious and unconscious mind?
Your conscious mind is the part of you that's reading this right now. It's analytical, logical, and focused. It's in charge of willpower and decision-making. It's about 10% of your mental processing.
Your unconscious mind is everything else. It's in charge of your beliefs, behaviors, memories, decisions, and emotions. It's also responsible for beating your heart, your bodily functions, and breathing.
Do you think about those things? No, they just happen.
When you have a problem—a limitation, a fear, a behavior, a pattern—it's unconscious. So if you want to resolve the problem, you need to go to where it actually is.
That's why talk therapy can keep you talking about the same issues for years without real change. You're using your conscious mind to try to fix an unconscious problem. It's like trying to uninstall software by staring at the screen.
How does hypnosis and NLP create lasting change?
With hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming, we're working directly with your unconscious mind. Through simple exercises, processes, and visualizations, we ask your mind to find the root cause of the issue, discover your mental blueprint, and resolve it.
When you make the change at the unconscious level, the problem naturally disappears. It’s like an update for your mind.
I like to describe it like this:
If a popup keeps showing up on your computer, you can X it out each time. This is like using your conscious mind to make a change. You have to keep doing it. It's exhausting and frustrating.
For those who are tech-savvy, you know it makes more sense to uninstall the program that's causing the popup.
That's essentially what we're doing. We're guiding your mind to uninstall the root cause of the issue and install something better in its place.
After doing the release work, we condition the changes so they last. We don't just remove the old program, we install a new, empowering one that aligns with who you want to be.
What can this help me with?
These methods work exceptionally well for:
Phobias and fears
Past traumas
Negative emotions (anger, sadness, guilt, shame, anxiety)
Repetitive patterns and cycles
Self-sabotage and inner conflict
Limiting beliefs and decisions
Low self-esteem and self-worth issues
Unwanted habits and behaviors
Emotional triggers
Relationship patterns
Blocks around money, success, or love
Essentially, if it's something that feels automatic, unconscious, or like it's happening to you rather than something you're consciously choosing—we can work with it.
What is Hypnosis & NLP?
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention where your unconscious mind becomes more receptive to positive change. You're not asleep or out of control. In fact, you're in a hypnotic state multiple times a day without realizing it—when you're driving and lose track of time, reading a book and completely absorbed, or daydreaming. During our sessions, we use this natural state to help your unconscious mind release old patterns and install new, empowering beliefs.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a set of powerful techniques that help you understand and change the patterns of thought, behavior, and emotion that have been running on autopilot. NLP works with how your mind codes experiences and helps you rewrite the programs that aren't serving you.
Together, hypnosis and NLP allow us to work directly with your unconscious mind—where real, lasting change happens.
What Hypnosis & NLP is NOT
It's not stage hypnosis. You won't cluck like a chicken or do anything embarrassing. You're fully aware and in control the entire time.
It's not mind control. I can't make you do anything you don't want to do. You're an active participant in the process, and we set the intention that everything we do is for your best and highest good.
It's not magic. It's a science-backed method that works with how your brain naturally processes and stores information. The results can feel magical because they happen so quickly, but it's your mind doing the work.
It's not just positive thinking or affirmations. We're not putting a Band-Aid over the problem. We're going to the root cause and resolving it at the unconscious level.
What are your certifications?
I'm a Certified Hypnotist and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I am a member of the International Certification Board for Hypnotists & Coaches.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric with honors and a Master's degree in Education, which gives me a deep understanding of linguistics, communication, and how people learn and process information. I use this background to create immersive programs that help people rewire their minds and reclaim their power over the past.
I am an award-winning writer and an international best-selling author.
How effective is this work?
According to a study comparing therapeutic approaches:
Hypnosis: 93% success rate after 6 sessions
Behavioral therapy: 72% success rate after 22 sessions
Psychoanalysis: 38% success rate after 200 sessions
This is the approximate success rate of my clients after 4-8 weeks. The reason hypnosis and NLP are so effective is because we get to the root of the issue and give your unconscious mind the opportunity to rewire itself. We're not repeatedly talking about the problem; we're resolving it at the level where it exists.
My clients consistently report breakthroughs in areas like emotional wellness, quieter minds, less inner conflict, more clarity, better relationships, increased fulfillment, and the ability to forgive and move forward.
Many clients experience shifts after their first session. Others see transformation unfold over the course of a program. Either way, this work is designed to create lasting change quickly.
Who is this for?
This work is for you if:
You feel stuck in repetitive cycles or patterns
You're dealing with unresolved emotions like anger, sadness, fear, guilt, or shame
You have limiting beliefs that are holding you back
You self-sabotage or feel like you're at war with yourself
You have phobias or fears that are impacting your life
You've done talk therapy (or all the things) but still feel stuck
You want to break free from your past and step into the best version of yourself
You're ready to do the inner work and commit to your transformation
You can imagine things in your mind. This work relies on visualization and your ability to access mental imagery, memories, and sensations. If you can picture things in your mind's eye or recall memories with some detail, this will work beautifully for you. Even if you feel memories are blocked from trauma, we can typically work with that provided you’re able to use your
Who is this NOT recommended for?
This work is not recommended if:
You have an active psychotic disorder, schizophrenia, or are experiencing a psychotic episode
You have uncontrolled epilepsy
You're under the influence of drugs or alcohol
You're not willing to engage in the process or take responsibility for your own healing
You're looking for someone to "fix" you without your participation
You have severe, untreated mental health conditions that require medical intervention first
You have aphantasia* (the inability to visualize or create mental images). Because this work relies heavily on visualization, mental imagery, and accessing memories through your mind's eye, it may not be as effective if you cannot create pictures or sensations in your mind. I have successfully worked with people who have aphantasia; it just requires a slightly different approach.
If you're unsure whether this is right for you, book a free consultation and we'll talk through it.
What happens during a session?
Every session is tailored to your specific needs, but here's a general idea:
We talk. I'll ask you about what you want to work on and what's been getting in the way.
We identify the problem. Using specific questions and techniques, we'll uncover what the mind is ready to process.
We do the work. This might involve guided visualization, timeline work, parts work, releasing negative emotions, updating beliefs, or other NLP and hypnosis techniques. It is common to have insights, feel lighter, and to feel like you let something go during a session.
We integrate. We'll make sure the change sticks and that you feel aligned with the new version of yourself.
You'll be awake, aware, and in control the entire time. Most people describe the experience as deeply relaxing and insightful. In between sessions, your job is to look for wins, notice what shifts, and notice what is coming up for resolution next.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you're working on. For some issues, I recommend starting with a 4-session 1:1 program called Reclaim Your Power. Other goals, like completely transforming your self-concept or healing from complex trauma, may be best suited for structured program like The Process (my signature 8-week 1:1 program), which has helped clients 2-8x their quality of life in areas like self-esteem, emotional wellness, fulfillment, and relationships within those 8 weeks.
I offer more immersive deep-dive intensives and longer, year-long bi-weekly support for clients who want to continue in a long-term container after an initial program is completely. I specialize in fast transformations, and continued support is always available. I also have self-led offerings.
I do not offer single sessions (with the exception of phobia removals). Although most clients report noticeable results after the first session, this work is a process, and each session will be a part of that process, and it requires commitment. Once your unconscious mind knows what we’re doing, it will start presenting things for resolution (which is really cool!), and I want to make sure you have the right amount of support to facilitate your transformation.
My highest intention to help you feel like you got the result you came for.
During your consultation, we'll discuss what makes the most sense for you. Typically, I recommend starting with 4-8 weeks.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! All of my sessions are conducted over Zoom, which means you can work with me from anywhere in the world. I've worked with clients from Ireland, Britain, Germany, England, Canada, Venezuela, and across the United States. And yes, this works over Zoom!
What if I can't be hypnotized?
This is one of the most common concerns, and here's the truth: most people can be hypnotized as long as they're willing and able to focus and follow instructions. Hypnosis is a natural state, not something that's "done to" you, and it has nothing to do with a lack of intelligence or being weak-willed. You will remember everything we do as much as you would from a regular conversation.
If you've ever been absorbed in a movie, lost track of time while driving, or daydreamed, you've been in a hypnotic state. That's all we're working with.
Some people go deeper into trance than others, but you don't need to be in a deep trance for the work to be effective. Even a lightly relaxed state is enough to create powerful change.
How do I get started?

I have a very high success rate that I credit from making sure the right people are in my offerings. If I genuinely don’t think this is a good fit for you, I will let you know. Most often, if you feel called to explore this and you resonate with my content, it’s for you, and you can trust that.
